3、 For the light source of LED high bay lights, UNIKE adopts Lumileds LEDs with high efficiency, small light attenuation and large current margin. The rated current of the chip is 700mA, but only 310Ma is actually used. It has good heat dissipation design, and the solid crystal adopts solder. The thermal resistance is small and the working temperature of the chip is low. The actual junction temperature is less than or equal to 50 ℃, so as to ensure the stability and long service life.

4、 About 80% of the energy of LED lamps in the heat dissipation part of LED high bay lights is converted into heat energy. Therefore, with the increase of LED power and integration, the heat flux density of LED increases rapidly, and its heat dissipation problem becomes more and more serious. Excessive LED junction temperature not only makes the life of LED decay sharply, but also has a serious or even fatal impact on many performance parameters such as LED peak wavelength, optical power, luminous flux and so on. However, at present, the cooling capacity of natural convection heat dissipation, fan forced heat dissipation and various heat pipe heat dissipation methods is very limited. It is difficult to take heat from the surface of LED wick with high heating intensity in time and dissipate heat externally, so as to reduce its temperature to the ideal range.

5、 LED high bay light body:

Super cooling capacity: the heat flux density of heat extraction has reached 400W / cm2, which is 1000 times higher than that of water cooling and about 100 times higher than that of heat pipe.

Low temperature of LED chip: the working temperature of LED chip can be lower than 60 ℃. Light weight and small volume: the weight is less than 25% of the existing radiator, and the volume can be less than 20%.

No power consumption cooling; Passive heat dissipation, no fan or water pump, no cooling energy consumption.
