What is your warranty terms?

We do the warranty not from a guarantee words or paper, but from our quality confidence and

responsibility to our customers. Normally, we offer 3-5 years warranty to our products.

—–(1) If driver failed, we’ll send new driver.

—–(2) If LED failed, we’ll send new LED.

—–(3) Unclear reason, we’ll sent full new set.

1.Can I have a sample order for LED Light?

A: Yes,we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

2.Do you offer free sample?

A: In principle, our company does not offer free samples. For our products, we are very confident that you would be satisfied with it. We can reduce the sample fee in the formal bulk order.

Can I customize logo and packaging?

A: Yes, we are led light OEM factory. We can laser mark, print sticker, silk screen your logo on lamp body, and can also custom the packing box according to your design. Please send your detailed requirements to us.

3.How long is your production time??

A: Normally 3 days for samples, 7days for 51~200pcs. The production cycle for each product is different. If you need further clarification, send me the product link and the quantity needed, and I will reply as soon as possible.

4.Do you have any MOQ limit for LED Light order?

A: No MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

5.How do you ship the LED Lights and how long does it take to arrive?

A: For samples, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. It usually takes 5-9 days to arrive.

For bulk order, airline and sea shipping are available.

We can offer DDP service to many countries.

6.What kind of packaging do you use?

A: We use a five-layer corrugated inner box plus a five-layer corrugated outer box, and the packaging is very strong. There are also corner guards and cable ties to ensure that customers receive our goods in perfect condition. For big solar panel products, we might custom wooden case, for battery products, we would use special dangerous packaging. We also customize packaging for our OEM customers, pallets packing is available under request.

7.Which payment method do you accept?

A: We accept T/T, L/C, D/P D/A, MoneyGram, Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union, Cash,Escrow;

30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment.

More payment methods depend on your order quantity.

8.How to proceed an order?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application details. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and sends the payment for formal order. Finally we arrange the production.

9.How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less

than 0.3%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity.
